Aggressive Volleyball

Provides comprehensive coverage of the merits, factors, skills, and tactics of playing an aggressive style of volleyball - to dictate the offense and defense. Covers aggressive tactics for all elements of the game: offense, defense, out-of-system and transition play. Instruction includes how to develop coaching strategies and communication patterns needed for aggressive play. Includes individual/team assessments for determining how to best incorporate and use aggressive tactics and play. Accompanied by practice drills and team building activities.
