On the outskirts of Greenville, North Carolina, is the small town of Ayden. Penny Davenport worked as a secretary for Walker Insurance and Accounting. She was a quiet girl who loved collecting old antiques and working crossword puzzles. Back in the late 1950s, she died suddenly of an apparent suicide, and there were a lot of unanswered questions surrounding her death. Now, some twenty years later, her spirit still haunts the old farmhouse out on Rout 33. Dave and Maria have just moved in, and with the help of The Ghost in the Green Dress, they now face the challenge of unraveling the mystery of the old farmhouse. They must solve the riddle that Penny left behind and find the real reason behind her death, so her spirit can be free.
