Blood on Fire

Amy Able was just a scrawny geek in high school...until that morning. She woke up with her body and mind in a daze, with no memory of recent events. Sunlight burned her, and she had fangs...and she hungered for blood. When she receives an invitation to a concert hosted by the mysterious pop star Lupia, Amy cautiously accepts, but the concert turns sour when she uncontrollably bites one of her friends and a strange enemy, representing a group under the command of "The Fool," attacks Lupia. Amy must master her newfound strength and power over fire while uniting with her uniquely talented friends--modern warlock Will Jadis and lovely sharpshooter Amelia Valentine--to defend Lupia and their hometown from these vicious vampires, one of whom is a hulking beast from Amy's past.To complicate matters further, Amy's parents are missing, the news media won't leave her alone, and she still has to survive school, where she must now brave deadly sunlight and the continued stares of her classmates.
