Bill, is the COO of a midsize production company. His boss, Tom, the CEO, is very concerned about the lack of growth and profitability under Bill over the last couple of years. Tom has given him a 60 day deadline to turn things around. As with most organizations, there is a push for results but a lack of CLARITY on where we are going and what we are trying to achieve. There is also some confusion on what we are responsible for and accountable for in our current position.
