Design and Security in the Built Environment

In our post-9/11 world, safety and security have become an increasingly important consideration for the designers of offices, hospitals, schools, and other public and private facilities. To assist students in developing the mind-set of considering security from the start of a project, Design and Security in the Built Environment focuses on how the psychological and physical aspects of security relate to interior design.
