Anne-Marie Ambert, PhD (Cornell University), is Professor in the Department of Sociology at York University, Toronto, where she has taught for well over three decades. In addition, she is currently a member of the graduate program in Psychology and is also an Associate Fellow at the LaMarsh Centre for Research on Violence and Conflict Resolution
