Enjoy Your Precious Life is the third volume of Father Catoir's popular trilogy of books on joy including Enjoy the Lord and God Delights in You. The series was written to help Christians understand that they have a a vocation to live joyfully. The very idea of the "duty of delight" may seem daunting, and for some even beyond human strength, but with God all things are possible. In this final volume, the author goes beyond the material covered in the other two books to stress the faith issues involved in our relationship with God as they relate to our personal sense of joy. Spiritual Joy is Joy with a capital "J." It is a lasting awareness of God's life in us. As such, it is something the world cannot give.
