In this way, we may spend countless years trapped by our own effort to achieve some defined self-realization to free our self from some self-defined and limited reality. Once we realize that these two efforts, to escape and to achieve have the same destination in definition, we are free to let go. In letting go, we shall realize that we are already realized. All we need do is to let go of all that we are not, all that is relative, all that is subject to change, all that has form and name. Let go of our mind and its limitations, let go of our desire, let go.
