Film Formation Process and Morphology

Film formation processes determine the final end use properties and morphologies of coating and thin films. Understanding these processes allows the tailor-making of coatings and films with unique morphologies and properties. This symposium series book describes recent research into thekinetics, mechanism, and rate processes in film formation as well as resulting unique morphologies. Several unique characterization methods are applied to study film formation kinetics, morphology, film structure, and properties.
