The Final Solution: Origins and Implementation

The Final Solution provides new answers to key questions surrounding the attempt by the Nazis to exterminate the Jews. Drawing on important new evidence, much of it from archives in Eastern Europe, the essays focus on the preconditions and antecedents for the "Final Solution" and the immediate origins of the decision.
