The importance of health to society and the state of the economy cannot be overstated. This book is an edited collection of papers addressing themes related to the health of the UK population from a multidisciplinary and futures perspective. It will bring together a range of disciplines to consider issues relevant to future public health policy in the UK. It aims to address the issues comprehensively and parismoniously, to highlight the burdens, challenges and opportunities to be faced by us all in the future.
