Garys Feet is the story of a womans journey through Yoga and other healing modalities after emigrating from the UK to South Africa. The many teachers and friends she found along the way have helped to formulate the basis of this dialogue that endeavours to present an easy, humorous and modern outlook to some ancient knowledge and its general philosophy. The interesting story line challenges our normal view of lineal time while the nagging overall question is] What is healing in todays society? Included are some very useful and down to Earth pieces of information on various modalities in use today, including yoga and its philosophy. The result is a medley of helpful user friendly discussions, presenting some alternative answers to age old questions in an easy, fun, charming and non dogmatic presentation that should leave you thinking.
