Gg's Big Adventure

Knowledge, instruction, salvage, success (KISS) were about to be passed on to Jefferson County, AL and the world in reference to African Americans. The annual contest fever was in the air. GG King, the lone African American, had deal with negative comments made by Wiley and his father. Wiley's father offered to eat his hat if ten famous African Americans were named that weren't sport figures or entertainers. GG felt uneasy until Grandma Gladys Ellis shared a big secret and a promise she made to her father. GG along with family members shocked the community with their findings. A grandma's dream coupled with her grandson's desire to change the way the media portray African Americans stood the test and claimed the victory. Elnora Moore Elementary School became one of the elite schools in the county. This victory opened new chapters for Grandma Ellis and her grandson. The big KISS paved the way for others to continue the legacy.
