She is a Certified Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute, USA and holds a Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from Information Systems Examination Board, UK.

John R. McIntyre is Founding Director of the Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER) and Professor of Management in the College of Management, with a courtesy appointment in International Relations in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, all at Georgia Institute of Technology, USA.
