Global Issues in Constitutional Law

This is the newest book in West's Global Issues series. It is a carefully condensed volume, designed to supplement constitutional law classes with international, comparative, and transnational law issues. It covers: constitutionalism, judicial review, horizontal and vertical separation of powers, and individual rights, including equal protection, due process, and free speech and religion.
