"The Goodfeeds Adventures" is a picture book intended to promote the value of proper nutrition to young readers. This inspiring adventure comes to life when Dorothy is sick at home and is visited by a very peculiar troop of tiny soldiers known as the Goodfeeds. This unit, commanded by Captain Health E., helps Dorothy defeat the evil powers of the giant Badfeeds by teaching her the natural power of eating healthy foods. This book motivates children to make better choices for themselves as they follow Dorothy's example of choosing healthier foods while building their own imaginary Goodfeed army.
