Kirbyjon H. Caldwell is the Pastor of the Windsor Village United Methodist Church, spiritual home for more than 11,000 members. As Pastor, he has implemented many social and economic projects in the community surrounding the church, most notably The Power Center, a former Kmart building that houses various enterprises, including a commercial bank branch, social service organizations, the fourth-largest conference center in Houston, and the Imani School. Pastor Caldwell and Windsor Village have been featured in many publications, including Fortune, U.S. News & World Report, and The Wall Street Journal. Newsweek has identified Pastor Caldwell as one of the 100 people to watch in the next century. He lives with his wife, Suzette, and young son, Turner, in Houston.
