How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order prior to shipping by emailing us at cancellations@biggerbooks.com or by calling 1-877-322-6787. We handle all requests as quickly as possible within normal business hours, but, we cannot guarantee your cancellation request will be processed before your order ships from our facility . Be sure to include your order number in the email.

If your order has already been packed for shipment or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. If your order has been received, return it to us by following the instructions on the back of the packing slip included with your order. You can even use the original packing materials.
