Return Policy Items purchased from BiggerBooks.com may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges and 10% restocking fee) up to 30 days after the date of shipment. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Shrink-wrapped items cannot be returned if the wrapping is broken unless the items are defective. We will not accept items for return with open diskette packages or CD-ROM's that have broken seals. BiggerBooks.com supplies the highest quality used books. Used books are considered to be in good condition even when they contain highlighting, margin notes, or other markings. If you are not satisfied with your book for any reason, please return it to us within 30 days after the date of shipment for a refund (excluding shipping charges and 10% restocking fee). A refund will be posted to your credit card once your return is received and processed. It normally takes 2-10 business days for financial institutions to process the transaction once we have authorized the credit. NOTE: All individual credit card orders will be assessed a 10% restocking fee for returned merchandise. If you are returning items due to our error, please contact Customer Service at service@biggerbooks.com before shipping your package to avoid being charged this restocking fee and to obtain a prepaid shipping label. To return items to BiggerBooks.com, simply follow the instructions on the back of the packing list provided with your order. To prevent any losses, please remember to insure your package. We recommend returning your items via UPS Ground or insured mail. We also suggest that you keep a copy of the tracking number and shipping receipt for your records.
