Sanjay Patel is the author of Ramayana: The Divine Loophole and The Little Book of Hindu Deities and is the creator of the Ghee Happy animated series for Netflix. As an animator and storyboard artist for Pixar Animation Studios he worked on numerous films, including Monsters, Inc.; A Bug's Life; Toy Story 2; Ratatouille; The Incredibles; and Toy Story 3. In 2015 Pixar released Patel's short film Sanjay's Super Team which follows the daydream of a young Indian boy, bored with his father's religious meditation, who imagines Hindu gods as superheroes.
