Over the last few years, the use of Tibetan singing bowls to address a variety of ailments has drawn considerable interest in the West. Suren Shrestha is a master of these ancient techniques. This book includes detailed, step-by-step instructions and photographs showing how to place and strike the bowls for healing, relaxation, and meditation, and a CD demonstrating some of the techniques.

Suren Shrestha grew up in Nepal, where he learned about traditional Tibetan healing therapies, and now he teaches these techniques throughout the U.S. The funds he raises through teaching and the sale of this book will be used to build an orphanage in his native village.
