LEONA M. ENGLISH is Professor of Adult Education at St Francis Xavier University, Canada. She holds degrees from Memorial University, University of Toronto, University of Technology (Sydney, AU) and Columbia University. She is past President of the Canadian Association for the Study of Adult Education and reviewer for a number of journals in adult education.
