The Korean War in Retrospect Lessons for the Future

The Korean War in Retrospect provides a compilation of presentations from a conference sponsored by the Center for National security Law and the John Bassett Moore Society at the University of Virginia Law School to celebrate the fortieth anniversary of the outbreak of the Korean War. The major focus of the conference falls on the nature and ramifications of the war and what can be learned from the results in the long term in regard to the practice of war and foreign policy.
