Be The Light is a year of Thoughts for the Day with an index to go to topics and meditate on what you're going through. When you see the word, "God," please think of what or who you personally believe to be your Higher Source. That spiritual Source can be a connection to "That Which Creates All That is." Know that this connection is always streaming Love, Truth and Wisdom to your Spirit within and always has your Highest Good at heart. When you see the word "Ego," this represents who we think we are when we believe we're separated from this Source and from each other. We are never separated even if we think we are.

Sandy has been a licensed psychotherapist for over 35 years. She's holds master's degrees in Speech Pathology, Counseling and Guidance and Writing Popular Fiction. She holds a PhD in Hypnotherapy. She is also an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Her practice includes tools for the conscious mind, the subconscious mind and the Higher Conscious mind. Thoughts for the day help tune up and balance your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual selves. She's passionate about inviting clients and readers to take a journey of self-discovery to increase awareness and mindfulness, to hear and get to know their Truth within and find greater joy in life.
