Julia Snell is Associate Professor in English Language at the University of Leeds, UK. Julia has published widely on topics including language variation, social class, research methods, classroom discourse, and teacher professional development. She is co-author (with Adam Lefstein) of Better than Best Practice: Developing Teaching and Learning through Dialogue.
 
Sara Shaw is Senior Lecturer in Health Policy Research at Queen Mary University of London, UK. Sara has published widely on topics including healthcare commissioning, integrated care, patient experience and health research policy. She also writes about interpretive approaches to understanding and analysing policy. Her most recent work on the role of think tanks in shaping health policy has been published in Sociology of Health & Illness and Critical Policy Studies.
 
Fiona Copland is Senior Lecturer in TESOL at Aston University, UK. She has worked as a teacher and teacher educator in Nigeria, Hong Kong, Japan and the UK. She is interested in talk in feedback conferences and teaching English to young learners. With Angela Creese, Fiona has recently published, Linguistic Ethnography: Collecting, Presenting and Analysing Data.
