The Magic Bunnies

The Magic Bunnies is an endearing story book about basic colors found in nature. The author would tell this story in different variations every night to his daughters Anna and Grace. Moppy, Floppy, Sloppy, Hoppy and baby bunny Loppy share the story of color with their friend Mrs. Elizabeth Mouse who lives on top of a grandfather clock. James Schlichtmann is a family physician, chemical engineer, musician, writer and all around handy man. He lives in Iowa City with his wife Elaine, daughters Anna and Grace, and his dog Pepper. The book is illustrated by his daughter Anna, who is an artist, classical guitarist and future elementary teacher.
