Mediterranean Cooking

This book will feature a diverse collection of recipes and local techniques spanning the entire Mediterranean region, from Southern Europe to North Africa to the Middle East. The book will include approximately 200 authentic Mediterranean recipes that are simple and accessible enough for every home cook, and will be illustrated with 150 full-color photos throughout. It will also include thorough instruction on setting up a Mediterranean pantry and using traditional Mediterranean cooking techniques and equipment, as well as sample menus for at-home entertaining.
