When a little girl gets a bunny for her birthday, she’s thrilled. But even though she means well, her choices for the beloved pet aren’t the best. She treats him like a toy, taking him everywhere, dressing him up, and feeding him the wrong food. Then, one night, she dreams the roles are reversed and she’s the pet of a very giant rabbit! This enlightening and charmingly illustrated tale teaches children about the importance of treating animals with care and respect.

Yang Dong graduated from the Cambridge School of Art and worked as an animator in Chinese television before turning to children’s illustration. She now writes and illustrates her own children’s picture books and runs a business developing picture books by other writers.
