Movement Disorders

This book will be an introduction to the field of movement disorders, which is expanding rapidly with the involvement of various disciplines and specialties. The unique feature of the book is the accompanying DVD-ROM, comprising typical common cases in each category of movement disorders. The video clips will come from Dr. Bhidayasiri's personal collection at Chulalongkorn and UCLA. Each case will also include a box of salient features for each disorder, as well as a movement disorders quiz at the end of each chapter. The editors are not planning to include rare cases, but typical ones with good history and physical signs.
