National Electrical Safety Code 2007 Handbook

The purpose of the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) is to keep the public, engineers, and utility workers safe but its complication sometimes gets in the way of that laudable goal. The NESC Handbook is designed to be used in conjunction with the code itself: as a rule by rule annotation of the IEEE code, the Handbook clarifies the often confusing and complicated code text. Following the code ordering of Parts, Sections, and Rules, the Handbook allows easy correlation with the code text read the precise wording in the code, then look up the clarification in the Handbook.
