Partially Ionized Plasmas Throughout the Cosmos: Proceedings of the 2010 Huntsville Workshop: Nashville, TN, USA, 3-8 October 2010

These proceedings will be of interest to scientists in the fields of space physics, theoretical and observational astrophysics, plasma physics, and turbulence theory. Most of the ordinary matter in the Universe exists in a partially ionized plasma state.
