Peace, Love and Red Shoes

Everyone could use a little happiness and Julian has a lot to share. Julian loves the farm and walks the acres in his red shoes. Along the way he meets some cute but discouraged farm animals. To cheer them up he gives them each a special pair of red shoes and helps his farm friends dance away their blues. Inspired by the story of Julian Peace a 2-year-old who loved his farm and his pair of red shoes that brought him so much joy while he was being treated for cancer.

Jenni Smith is an elementary school librarian who loves the world of children's fiction. When she's not reading to students, she loves to be hanging with her family in Post Falls, Idaho with a dog or two at her feet.
