Poetic Balance

The poems in this book are written based on the experiences of my own life. There is some element of space here that is left deliberately for the reader to capture their own imagination. It is advised that the poems are not read in one sitting. They are designed to be used as an aspect of reflection and introspection.

The 21 poems and original Zen Art illustrations are meant to capture your imagination to invoke your natural sense of expression. Combined with Balanced Journaling, this can create an enhanced sense of healing and internal cleansing to all who are ready for the journey to liberation.

Peter Michael Lucas is an 18 veteran of the U.S. Marines. He is currently stationed at Marine Corps Base, Quantico, and served as a Detachment Commander at U.S. Embassies, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Luanda, Angola.

He is a Public Speaker, Mindset Coach, Mentor, Meditator, and Process Management Consultant.

Peter is also the CEO of Balancing B.E.E.M.S LLC, a personal growth organization dedicated to self-actualization.
