Remembering Francesca describes the relationship between one man and his beloved dog friend, Francesca and focuses upon the torrent of feelings anyone who has ever loved a dog endures at the end of that friend's life. Remembering Francesca addresses head-on the pain and anguish of loss and serves as a reminder of the special and unique bond that can exist across the species barrier.
