Reverse Mentoring How Young Leaders Can Transform the Church and Why We Should Let Them

Earl Creps is prominent in Pentecostal Christian and emergent church circles. He has been a featured speaker at emergent conventions and is known for his work in connecting the younger generation of postmoderns with their Boomer predecessors. He has been a tireless marketer for his first book with us, Off-Road Disciplines. In this new book Creps wants to show older church leaders the urgency and importance of learning from younger leaders who are more conversant with culture, technology, and social context. He wishes to make the benefits of the r-mentoring relationships more accessible to older leaders so that their lives and ministries can be transformed. Earl Creps new book is a topic of interest both inside and outside the church as older leaders realize that theyre not getting a lot of what is going onfrom iPods to IM to blogging to the mindsets of younger people who look at the world entirely differently. Earl Creps has been a pastor, ministries consultant, and university professor. Along the way, Creps earned a Ph.D. in communication at Northwestern University and a doctor of ministry degree in leadershipat AGTS. He is the author of Off-Road Disciplines from Jossey-Bass.
