The Right Of The People is a political thriller that takes place in the United States in 2007. The hero is a statesman leading a national organization to reform political campaign financing. He is opposed by the leaders of the super-rich who control the government. As the non-violent, civil disobedience reform campaign attracts millions of supporters, the chairman of the plutocrats orders the hero eliminated. The hero and his allies must risk assassination and betrayal to achieve the goal of restoring American democracy.
