When Owen wins a robot kit, he eagerly assembles his robot and programs it to do whatever he wants—ice cream for breakfast, right? But the robot isn’t quite what he expected. Marcela Badolatto is an artist based in São Paulo, Brazil. She graduated in graphic design and received a masters degree in book illustration from the Academy of Fine Arts in Macerata, Italy. Marcela started her career as a book cover artist and illustrator, working for several publishing houses in Brazil and abroad. She gained international recognition as a winner of Latin American Illustración and a finalist for the Young Illustrators Award in Berlin. She currently works in her atelier, where she likes to explore different art styles and mediums.
