Saints under Construction is a mentoring book but might be better described as a discipleship book. God designed the older, more experienced saints to instruct the younger ones in order to cover new ground and avoid old mistakes and previous pitfalls.One purpose of mentoring or discipling is to challenge the thought process of those that are following us (or in the case of a book, reading our words).
