He is also the director of the Doctor of Public Health program in the Kentucky School of Public Health and a faculty associate with the Center for Health Services Management and Research John N. Lewis, M.D., M.P.H. is the corporate medical director for Health Care Excel, Incorporated Kevin C. Lomax, M.H.A.C. is a doctoral student in the Ph.D. program in gerontology at the University of Kentucky Kevin A. Pearce, MD, M.P.H. is the Michael Rankin Professor of Family Medicine at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He is a faculty associate in the UK Center for Health Services Management and Research and holds a joint faculty appointment in the Department of Preventive Medicine and Environmental Health Mary Kay Rayens, Ph.D. is the associate director of the Biostatistics Consulting Unit in the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center and is a research assistant professor in the colleges of nursing and medicine at the University of Kentucky Lyle B. Snider, Ph.D. is the research director of the University of Kentucky Center for Rural Health in Hazard with an appointment as assistant professor of health services management at the University of Kentucky. He is a faculty associate at the UK Center for Health Services Management and Research and the University's Appalachian Center
