Seeing Begins in the Dark

In her debut poetry collection, Susan Flynn delves into our basic humanity, uncoupling mind from body and examining each in darkness and in light. Susan Flynn is a psychoanalyst and assistant clinical professor at UC Davis, where she teaches and supervises psychiatry residents. She has had a private clinical practice for 45 years. Susan has published professional papers in Psychoanalytic Review, fort da, and New Directions Journal. She has facilitated Amherst Writers & Artists groups in her private practice and for local nonprofit organizations.
