The setting is an international school in a foreign country -Napaj. The Main characters are Lecham, a brilliant 5 year old boy whose parents are from two fictional countries - Aciamaj and Aibmaz. Atmam - Lecham's mother who is loving and caring and really very empathetic. She is Lecham's Rock! Euquirne - Lecham's little brother who always makes Lecham happy with his laughter. PLOT: Lecham is made to believe that if he is a good boy and helpful he will always be chosen by his peers for anything especially to represent them as a student councilor. He learns this is not so when he is not the child with the most votes. He goes through all the natural emotions a child at this stage would go through - anger, disappointment, embarrassment, rejection. He turns to his mother who is his real source of comfort. She with gentleness teaches him a very important lesson about life - she teaches him that life is going to be full of disappointments but we have a choice of how to react. She advises him and allows Lecham to make a choice: either to continue to be miserable or to move on with life and experience life positively. Lecham finds out that when he chooses to be happy and respectful, things turn around and he feels happy again.
