She came to national attention in 1978 when she founded Virtue magazine, a Christian alternative to secular women's magazines. She is the president of Global Pastors' Wives Network, vice president of Kingdom Global Ministries, founder of The Mentoring Mansion, author of The Home Experience, coauthor of When Leaders Live Together, and contributor to Quiet Moments with Moms and Free to Soar. Devi and her husband Larry have been married for more than forty years and have two adult children, six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
