Teaching the Faith, Forming the Faithful

With the decline of traditional Sunday school and education programs in recent years, many Christians have not learned the fundamental doctrinal content of the faith. Gary A. Parrett (Ed.D., Columbia) is associate professor of educational ministries and worship, and chair of the Division of the Ministry of the Church at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He is a coauthor of A Many Colored Kingdom. S. Steve Kang (Ph.D., Northwestern/Garrett) is associate professor of educational ministries at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He is the author of Unveiling the Socioculturally Constructed Multivoiced Self, coauthor of A Many Colored Kingdom and coeditor of Growing Healthy Asian American Churches.
