Trusts A Modern Analysis

This book provides law students with a clearly written and accessible introduction to the law of trusts and its place in modern private law. This fascinating subject has produced a vocabulary and legal structure that are not to be found elsewhere. The law of trusts continues to evolve to meet modern challenges in many different areas of the law including commercial law, pension funds, and restitution. Robert Chambers is Associate Professor in Law at Alberta University, Canada. He has taught company law, equity, land titles, property law, restitution, and trusts. His main research interests are property, restitution, trusts, and unjust enrichment in Australia, Canada, England, and the United States.
