Vanishing Points Poems

The renowned Italian poet Valerio Magrelli has forged a unique approach for exploring the subtleties of language, a poetry of perception that takes the measure of its own veerings, "the exact degree / of deviation." Valerio Magrelli was born in Rome. He has published critical works on Dadaism and Paul Valéry, as well as notable translations of Mallarmé, Verlaine, and Valéry. He recently published a study of Baudelaire.
