Kristen Moeller is a coach, author, speaker and radio show host with a Master’s Degree in Counseling and over 20 years of experience in the field of personal development. She discovered her passion for the field after recovering from an eating disorder and substance abuse in 1989. As a result she became eager to provide assistance to people who felt trapped in their own life experience.

During her years as a therapist, Kristen worked with clients struggling with eating disorders and substance abuse as well as depression, anxiety and trauma issues, providing both group counseling and individual therapy in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Kristen devotes a large part of her life volunteering with organizations which focus on life transformation, powerful living and addiction recovery. From her vision that all people have an opportunity to experience power and freedom in their lives, she created the Chick-a-go Foundation—a not-for-profit that provides “pay it forward” scholarships for life altering training programs reaching people who otherwise cannot afford such opportunities. When she is not actively making a difference in the world, she thrives in the beauty of Colorado and enjoys hiking, running, skiing, snowshoeing, riding her horse or just spending time reading or relaxing in her magical, solar-powered house on the side of a mountain with two large dogs, an ornery cat and her best friend and husband of 14 years.
