Christopher M. Smith, RN earned his Associate Degree in Nursing from Mott Community College in 2003. He spent fourteen years serving in a local hospital in Flint, Michigan, gaining extensive experience in acute care before transitioning to hospice nursing. Over the past nine years, Smith has worked in hospice as a field nurse case manager and later as an administrator, focusing on compassionate end-of-life care and leadership within interdisciplinary teams.
