The Door is a unique book in that it provides encouragement and a course of direction not only for those who have not yet accepted the saving grace of Jesus Christ, but also for those who have tasted and seen that truly, the LORD is good. I begin with my personal testimony as to how God's loving-kindness drew me into His kingdom. Once saved by God's grace, I then share with you my growth and development as I began learning how to submit to the guidance of the Holy Spirit. I conclude this work by sharing the truths revealed to me as to how to live our lives exercising our authority as kingdom citizens. This work is presented to you in the following manner. Biography of Lloyd D. Ware, Sr. (as of December, 2015) 1) God blessed me to find my “good thing” 30 years ago when He gave me my wife, Shirley. She is my queen, and still is my bride. Together we have a daughter, Jessica. I also have two sons, Douglas and Anthony from a previous marriage. Douglas is married to Carmen, and together they have 2 sons and a daughter. Anthony is married to LaTisha, and together they have 4 sons. My daughter, Jessica, has one son. 2) I have been a member of Mount Olive Church of Plano (MOCOP), since mid-year, 2010. Samuel L.
