Europaische Methodenlehre

In this handbook questions regarding the method behind European law, particularly European private law, are represented for the first time comprehensively and systematically for instruction and practice. In addition to the basics, the authors discuss the questions of method behind the primary and secondary law as well as the member states' (transfer) laws.
