Daniel Keiser worked in public education for 39 years as an award winning School Teacher, a K-12 School District Supervisor Administrator, a Supervisor and Mentor for student teacher college students and as a College Professor. He has Masters and Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts as well as a School Administrator's Supervisor's Certificate.
The characters in this book are based on real people he has met throughout his life who impart bits of wisdom to Maggie and Willie as they travel on their journey.
Daniel has also been a musician since the age of 9 and has recorded and performed professionally for many years. His Instrumental Christmas album is called Joy to a Silent Night.

Jerilyn Marrero is an accomplished artist who earned a Bachelor's Degree from Parsons School of Design. She is an award winning artist who ran her own business called Jeri's Young Artists while teaching cartooning courses for North Brunswick School District.
